SANTOSA HOSPITAL ACHIEVE INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION FROM JOINT COMMISSION INTERNATIONAL (JCI) USA.
As stated in its vision "To Be The Leading International Hospital in Indonesia", Santosa Hospital now move forward in achieving the mission. On 8 - 12 November 2010, Santosa Hospital underwent an accreditation survey from Joint Commission International (JCI), a world class accreditation body from the USA focusing on quality improvement and patient safety, , and since 13 November 2010 has been accredited. This international recognition is a pride for Indonesia and West Java, becoming one of the few best hospitals in the world.
This JCI accreditation is an early step in the effort of Continuous Quality Improvement of Santosa Hospital, and as proof of our effort to provide the best services for our patient, with globally recognized standard.

Received Full Accrediation From The Indonesian Ministry of Health
Hospital services must be given according to standards, either from the government or healthcare professionals organization. Indonesian Hospital Standards achievement measurement were performed by Hospital Accreditation Committee, Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia (KARS Depkes RI).
As a hospital that just operates since November 2006, this status is outstanding since this was achieved within one year. Furthermore, the survey was performed to full range of services which consist of 16 fields. (There are other kind of surveys that only applied to 5 and 12 field of services)
Accreditation survey was conducted on 10 – 13 December 2007 by four surveyors from KARS DEPKES RI (dr Mgs Johan Saleh, dr Nico Lumenta Knep, MM, Prof. DR. Dr. J.B. Suparyatmo, SpPK, and Ms Gandauli Panggabean, SKM). The result was Full and Complete Accreditation.
In order to gain international acknowledgement, now SBH is preparing for having international accreditation from Joint Commission International, an international healthcare organizations accreditation based in Chicago, USA.
The result that has been accomplished was clear evidence of implementation and commitment from all SBH staffs and management to comply with the highest standard of care, so SBH could deliver international standard of health service as stated in the vision and the missions of this hospital.
With the motto “Friendly and Caring”, SBH is now growing to be an international standard hospital.
